ThePeak Antler Company's All Natural Antler Dog Bone products were started by the family dog Aussie, an Australian Shepard/Dingo mix rescue from a shelter.

 Our main work involves Antler Chandeliers, Antler Lamps and Antler Furniture using all types of Elk, Moose, Fallow Deer, White Tail Deer and Mule Deer. Aussie would sneak into the shop and steal good antlers out of the pile. She would run off into the yard, chew on them for hours and bury them to save for later. She wouldn't give them back even when I caught her stealing "red-pawed". 

We came home one day to find she had discovered the antlers in the coffee table as well, that wasn't so cute. It became obvious she loved antler more than any other bone or puppy chews we gave her. I cut up a few pieces of scrap antler for her in hopes of preventing more theft and save our furniture. It worked! Everyone was happy and the furniture was saved! Soon after, a friend with an adorably large black Labrador retriever puppy who also discovered antler accent furniture in their home told us their story. We shared a scrap piece of antler which again successfully saved their antler furniture and entertained the puppy for hours. They began asking for more antler pieces for their friends dogs and the news spread fast. It grew organically into a business by demand, just the way nature intended!

Antler dog bone chews are set apart from traditional bones as they will not stain your carpet, splinter or turn into slimy goo. They are naturally shed deer or elk antler pieces. No fillers, preservatives, added color or anything else! It’s just a bone the way nature intended!

No animals are hurt in the collection of this bone!

Available in four sizes for a gnawing good time! 

Our dog bones are naturally shed antlers, gathered in the forest or on ranch lands at various times of the year around Colorado, Utah & New Mexico, they are all weathered at different stages. The slight weathering may lead to discoloration or outer hairline cracking. We will NOT package antlers that are rotted, have cracks penetrating the center of the bone, or we believe would be a hazard to any pet. Older dogs, mild chewers, or dogs who only get them for short periods of time do not need to be concerned as much for the weathered effects, in fact it allows these dogs to get the mineral benefit much easier. We have been selling these antler dog bones for pets successfully for over 6 years.

If you have concerns or have an aggressive chewer please request a “base end”, the part closest to the head of the deer/elk at the bur. It is the most dense part of the antler and a lot more work to gnaw on. They are available in Large or Extra large size. Questions? PLEASE ask!

Got Antler? 
We buy shed antlers by the pound, usually by the truck load.  We are located in Divide, Colorado, 30 minutes out of Colorado Springs.  Shipping antler is most economical when you have over 50 pounds, roughly 20+ average sized sheds.

Antlers are becoming more popular so we need to make up a little inventory shortage for building our Antler Furniture & Antler Lighting products, the scraps we sell as All Natural Antler Dog Bone Chew Treats

Priced by quality grade. 
We buy shed Elk Antler, Mule Deer Antler, LARGE White Tail Deer Antler, Fallow Deer Antler, & Moose Antler.

A grade - brown & beautiful antler sheds which are typically this years drop.

B grade - good condition, no chalkiness, may be dull or faded on one side, slightly weathered, probably last years drop. No cracked or broken tips.

C grade - white & weathered, or A/B grade with broken pieces. 

 We can use your own antler sheds when possible to create your own unique antler lighting, antler furniture or art piece.
We can trade out your antler pile for credit on custom antler piece.
We do not carry trophy mounts or pay extra for record sheds.

Fly'N Aces Flyball Team

 The Peak Antler Company is proud to support Fly'N Aces Flyball Team!  Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the team enjoys their time training and racing dogs and are proud to have many rescue dog members.  Any breed or mixed breed can play!  

Flyball is a relay race for teams of dogs (speed counts!) - no couch potatoes this sport.  They travel to different states in order to compete, and last weekend broke their team record.  check it out here!

In 2010 Fly'N Aces decided to give back to the flyball community by hosting a charity event tournament at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway!  Since competing in the NASCAR garage at the speedway, they chose to support the Greg Biffle Animal Foundation.  Greg is a NASCAR driver whose foundation supports a wide range of animal welfare groups nationwide!  Last year Fly'N Aces raised $5000, donated through the foundation to the Joplin Humane Society to offer financial assistance with medical expenses for the hundreds of animals injured from the tornado that ripped through the city.  see full article

Why Antlers for Dogs? Most common questions about Antler Chews

Antler chews are set apart from traditional bones as they will not stain your carpet, splinter or turn into slimy goo, AND they last much longer than other dog chews. They are naturally shed deer or elk antler pieces, NO fillers, preservatives, added color or anything else!   

It’s just a bone the way nature intended! No animals are hurt in the collection of this bone! 

Do you treat the antlers with anything?

• They are 100% all natural, just as if your pup went hiking in the forest to find a treat.  We basically sand blast any debris or residue off the antlers.

How do you prepare the antlers for pets?

• We cut them to the desired size and sort them by diameter to get the proper size appropriate for pets (see below).  They are then processed, a sort of "sand blasted" method to remove any excess residue. 

What do I need to be concerned about before giving an antler to my dog?

• As with ANY dog chew toy, to ensure safety, remove the antler bone when it becomes a choking hazard.  Choosing the appropriate size is most important to avoid possible hazards.  (see below)

Small Antler Dog Bones are recommended “Toy” breeds, <10 lbs, such as: Shih Tzu, Miniature Dachshund, Toy Poodle, Maltese, Pomeranian, Pub, Chihuahua, Yorkie (Yorkshire Terrier), Bichon Frise or similar sized breeds. order small now




 

Medium antler dog bones are recommended breeds such as: Corgi, Beagle, Dachshund, Sheltie (Shetland Sheepdog), Cocker Spaniel, Miniature Schnauzer, Boston Terrier, Miniature Poodle or similar sized. order medium now

Large Antler Dog Bones are recommended breeds for such as: Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Boxer, Bulldog, Standard Poodle, Pointer (German Shorthaired), Collie or Husky to name a few. These breeds may also enjoy the extra large bone depending on overall size, temperament or personal preference of the owner. order Large now

Extra Large XL Antler Dog Bones are 2 inches longer and thinker in diameter than the large. Determining the best choice between the two may overlap depending on size and temperament of the dog, or preference by the owner. Extra large bones are recommended for breeds such as: Labradors Retriever, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, or Husky.
