As with every product we review here, I wanted to make sure the antlers were good quality first. The dog bone antlers that come from The Peak Antler Company are naturally shed by either elk or deer, so no animals are injured or harmed. The antlers are just a good old fashioned "bone" straight from nature. The Peak Antler Company's antlers are collected from forests or ranches around Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. - GREEN: The no-waste theory–I love it when companies are able to recycle, reduce, and reuse!
- Naturally-shed: from white tail deer, mule deer, elk, moose, and fallow deer antlers in the USA –NO ANIMALS harmed in this collection!
- No stain: does not stain our white carpet. I don’t care much about this but my sapiens seem to.
- Oral Hygiene: cleans my teeth the fun way! As much as I love getting my teeth brushed, this is considerably funner for me. My sapiens love it too because if I get the antler to play with, it relieves them of the brushing duty that night. Win-win situation.

"Our dog ADORES her Antler chews! She is a beautiful Dutch Shepherd that we adopted from a rescue. She is a very aggressive chewer, so Antlers are great for her. They are natural (VERY important in my book), don't leave a mess, they clean her teeth well, they keep her busy. It is funny to watch her intently gnaw on a part she finds especially tasty or satisfying...and when she licks and nibbles at the end to get the marrow."

The large antlers from Peak are bigger than most others, cheaper, and last longer than those from the store. We love giving her something safe to chew on and even better when it is good for her."

"We have two dogs - Molly is a lab mix, and the Scout is a German Shorthair Pointer mix. While both dogs absolutely love these antlers, Scout's love of them is truly impressive. Prior to your antlers, we could never find anything that Scout would actively chew. Molly's always been an aggressive chewer and the antler's hold up to her jaws. It's so fun to watch her dig through the pile of toys to find the "perfect antler"!"

Customer review: I read about Antler dog bones on Corgi Butts Blog and ordered one for my dog. It arrived about 2 hours ago and I promptly gave it to Ginger. She's been chewing happily on it for two hours now and even didn't even bother to look up when a thunderstorm rolled through (that's the first time ever she didn't try to crawl under the bed).
